Terms & Conditions

Here’s a simple guide to how we work together. Your final, detailed agreement will be in your project contract.

1. What We Will Do (Our Scope)

• Your contract will list everything we'll do, including designs and materials.
• We handle the design, building, and setup of your cottage.
• You are responsible for getting the site ready and clearing any legal permits, unless we agree otherwise.
• If you want to change the plan, we'll need it in writing. This might change the price and timeline.

2. How Payments Work

• A deposit is needed to start your project.
• Your contract will have a clear payment plan for each stage.
• The final payment is due when the installation is finished.
• Taxes (like GST) will be added to your final bill.
• There may be a fee for late payments.

3. Delivery & Setup

• We will give you an estimated date for delivery and setup.
• Please make sure your site is ready and our team can access it safely.
• Our professional team will handle the complete on-site installation.
• If our work is delayed because the site isn't ready, there might be extra costs.

4. Our Guarantee (Warranty)

• We provide a one-year warranty on our structure for any manufacturing faults (10 to 20 years for structural components and leakage).
• The warranty doesn't cover normal aging, accidents, natural disasters, or damage from poor maintenance.
• Our financial responsibility for any issue is limited to the total cost of your project.

5. Our Designs

• All designs and drawings we create for your project belong to Kavana Cottages.
• You cannot copy, share, or use our designs for other projects without our written permission.

6. Handling Disagreements

• If there's a problem, we promise to work with you to solve it fairly.
• If we can't agree, the issue will be settled by a neutral third party (an arbitrator).
• All legal matters will be handled by the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
